When you submit a product brief or contact Royaa, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, market, product requirements and any files you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond to you, develop a potential manufacturing relationship, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse.
Files and service providers
Enquiry files are stored in private cloud storage. The website may use Supabase for data and storage, Resend for notification email, and Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance monitoring. These providers process information to deliver their services.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations and security. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, email sales@royaafashion.com.
Security
We use access controls and private storage for buyer uploads, but no online system is completely risk-free. Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information through the brief.
